What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product. For most bulk commodities (nuts, legumes, spices), the minimum is typically 1–5 metric tonnes. For smaller specialty items or sample orders, we can accommodate lower quantities. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you provide product samples before a bulk order?
Yes — we strongly encourage sampling before committing to bulk orders. Sample sizes are typically 200–500g and are available at a nominal cost (often waived for serious buyers). Shipping cost for samples is to buyer's account.
What certifications and documents can you provide?
We can provide: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, Quality Analysis Reports, Fumigation Certificate, and Commercial Invoice/Packing List. Halal certificates are available on request for applicable products.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We support standard Incoterms including FOB (Dubai), CFR, CIF, and DDP depending on the destination and order size. We work with established freight forwarders and can handle all export documentation from our end.
Do you offer private-label or custom packaging?
